At Ontario Pickleball Academy Pro Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your paddle or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to the Academy

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; return shipping costs may apply based on your location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pro shop team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
